There is much discussion in the helping professions about trauma-informed treatment, and while this has been an important shift in the field, I think practitioners should also be resilience-informed. Resilience-informed treatment looks for and expands the client’s innate capacity for finding purpose, meaning, connection, and joy.
We are not our wounds, our trauma, or our histories, and although they can all play a role in shaping how we live our lives, we are so much more. Integrative Energy work is about unwinding the non-productive patterns and stories we tell ourselves, so that the truth of who we really are can emerge.
I want to know who my clients really are, beyond habitual, patterned responses, limiting beliefs, and conditioned behaviors. For me, this is sacred work that is both psycho-spiritual and energetic in nature. It is holistic in that I work with physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental factors related to the client’s presenting issue.
Cash, checks, Venmo, Western Union, or Apple Pay are accepted for payment. I do not take credit cards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each session is unique and specific to the needs and desires of the client at the time of our appointment. Using dowsing, I assess the most appropriate techniques to help the client reach their goals. After centering myself and aligning with the client, I ask for guidance to identify the best techniques for the client’s highest good at the time of our session. My prevailing assumption is that I, as a practitioner, must be grounded, connected to my own deep wisdom, and open to receiving guidance from higher sources, as well as willing to let go of my idea of where the session might go.
